House salad and lemon vinaigrette. A glass of Mendoza Ar wine. The atmosphere is astounding and for a small or larger group. The over is visible from dinner. The flow of the service from the kitchen is professional and relaxed. Service is worth a tip

In town for one night, the hotel and Yelp directed us to Switch, and were so glad we took the recommendations. The restaurant is off the beaten path located in a prior church, so you will only find it if you are committed. That said, they have repurposed the space well to make a comfortable environment. What was most impressive was the pizza. So good, so tasty. We requested a few substitutions to their supreme, and they were happily made. The result was the very best pizza we've had. We were so pleased we ordered another to take home. Thin crust, fresh ingredients, delicious sauce, great service, pleasant atmosphere, what's not to love? I wish we lived closer, but it's a couple hours from Dallas.

The service and food was amazing. Hand down the best pizza around. Can't wait to go back to try some pasta. This place is a little secluded and really cute. This place is a must try!!!

Absolutely fantastic food. Everything we had was great, epically the pizza! The service was the best. Such nice people there. The restaurant is in a little bit of an odd area but don't let that take away from how good the food is. I've been there a couple of times and it's the best food in Palestine.

So surprised at the lightning fast service here! Driving through Palestine, we almost didn't stop because it was so crowded we thought it would delay our trip. However, we were immediately seated, ordered and had finished our meal within 35 minutes! Awesome service, neat atmosphere, and food was good. We had Margherita pizza with a side salad. The dill ranch dressing was delicious. Definitely will return! Such a neat little hidden gem.

Without a doubt this is the best place to eat in Palestine. Excellent service, tasty food.

It's worth the drive to the top of the hill to eat at Switch! The building that's a former church is definitely a very unique setting for wonderful Italian food and pizza. My friends and I tried several dishes and they were all very good. Portions were big, too. Service was great even late in the evening, and our glasses were kept full. I definitely want to go back!
